Premium French fashion house, Christian Dior appointed a2m Consulting to provide full cost management services for the Ladies Brisbane Dior store in Queens Plaza.
The project included the preparation of Bills of Quantities and pre-tender estimates, together with the review and evaluation of tender submissions and the presentation of tender recommendations.
